Yes, in two ways. The Free plan stays free with no time limit: 7 credits, once, enough for 1 handbook chapter, 1 vacancy and 3 candidate evaluations. Want to see more? Try all features of Starter or Growth for 14 days. We verify your payment method with a €0.01 check via iDEAL or card (not refunded), and you only pay for the plan after the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing more. There is one trial per company, and during the trial you get the monthly credits of the plan (15 on Starter, 41 on Growth), also if you chose yearly.

Starter includes 15 credits a month (180 a year) for €59 per month — a candidate evaluation is 1 credit, so that's under €4 per evaluation, and under €3.50 with yearly billing. Compare that with average recruitment costs of €4,494 per hire in the Netherlands, and the maths is quickly done.

Credits are what every plan runs on. A candidate evaluation (CV screening + questionnaire) costs 1 credit, a vacancy 3, a culture handbook 10. Starter includes 15 credits per month (180 per year), Growth 41 per month (492 per year); plan credits reset each billing period. Free includes 7 credits, once. Need more? On Starter and Growth you can buy extra credits at €2.50 each (excl. VAT), any time. They never expire. Extra credits cannot be bought on Free.

Each handbook includes up to 10 AI revisions, counted per chapter you regenerate. After that a revision costs 1 credit. Regenerating the whole handbook costs 10 credits, like a new handbook. Editing the text yourself is always unlimited.

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately: your new plan starts that day with a new billing date and the full credits of the new plan, and you pay the price of the new plan minus the unused part of your current paid period. For example, Starter to Growth with €29.50 unused: €179 − €29.50 = €149.50 excl. VAT. From a yearly plan you can upgrade to the higher yearly plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your paid period; nothing is refunded. Your settings and data stay in place.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep access until then and nothing is refunded. After that you move to the Free plan and keep your account and data. You cancel yourself from your account in a few clicks.

With yearly billing you get 2 months free: Starter costs €590 per year (≈ €49 per month) and Growth €1,790 per year (≈ €149 per month). You pay for the year up front. Cancel midway and your plan runs until the end of the year; nothing is refunded.

No, all prices exclude 21% VAT.

Your data stays yours — even if you leave. You can request an export of your handbooks, job posts and questionnaire results at any time. If you cancel, you move to the Free plan at the end of your paid period and keep your account and data. Your data is only deleted when you delete your account: we then keep it for 30 days so you can export everything, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. We never sell your data.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest (TLS, AES-256) and stored on servers in the EU. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and two-factor authentication is available. GDPR rights are built in: access, export and deletion within 30 days. And perhaps most importantly: we never sell your data to third parties.
